Pueblo is turning up the heat for the 2025 Chile & Frijoles Festival, a beloved celebration of the city’s agricultural roots and culinary flair. From September 19–21, 2025, Historic Union Avenue in Downtown Pueblo will come alive with vibrant festival grounds, featuring mouthwatering chile-inspired cuisine, live music, and fun-filled activities for the whole family.

Hours: Friday 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Saturday 10:00 AM – 12:00 AM | Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Admission: $8 at the gate, with special multi-day and family ticket options
