Our Origins
Founded in 2010 by Charlie Music Gray (C.M. Gray), a Mass Communications/Broadcasting graduate from Colorado State University–Pueblo, Flair Affair began as a university project showcasing local talent through the CSU-Pueblo TODAY online newspaper. What started as a small community initiative quickly grew into a global network of creators, innovators, and visionaries.
The Music Universe: JAG Records & In-House Productions
At the heart of our multiverse is JAG Records, our independent record label dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and producing exceptional talent across genres—from Pop and Rock to Country, Dance, and beyond.
Our in-house music productions provide artists with a complete creative pipeline: studio recording, songwriting, audio production, live performances, and tailored marketing campaigns. Projects like Danza del Fuego exemplify our immersive approach, combining music, storytelling, and performance to deliver unforgettable experiences.
