Our Origins
Flair Affair Entertainment was founded in 2010 by Charlie Music Gray (C.M. Gray), a Mass Communications/Broadcasting major from Colorado State University–Pueblo. Originally launched as a university project, the platform began by showcasing local talent via video streams through the CSU-Pueblo TODAY online newspaper.
Global Collaboration
As the platform gained momentum, Flair Affair Entertainment began partnering with independent artists from around the world. This network grew to include exceptional talent across a wide range of genres—from Pop and Rock to Country, Dance, and beyond.
With artist submissions rapidly increasing and the audience expanding, FA Entertainment introduced a submission review process to ensure quality and alignment with the platform’s vision. Selected artists were then featured on our official site and supported through our in-house promotions, social media outreach, and career development programs.

By 2020, the core mission of Flair Affair Entertainment evolved to emphasize artist development, strategic planning, and promotional services.
From live shows and studio projects to radio airplay, personalized marketing campaigns, and brand development, we began offering a suite of services designed to help artists and music-driven businesses reach their goals.

About Charlie Music Gray
Charlie Music Gray is a multifaceted creative professional—writer, videographer/photographer, audiovisual editor, songwriter, producer, and music promoter. He is the visionary behind Flair Affair Entertainment, a global media network dedicated to empowering independent artists.
Born in Denver, Colorado, Gray studied Mass Communications and Broadcasting at CSU–Pueblo. Throughout his career, he has contributed to both nonprofit and commercial media initiatives spanning cable and public television, radio, print, web publishing, audio/music production, and video content creation.
